Dispatch, delivery and payment.

Information about how we deliver, delivery times and the costs.

Your order. When an order is placed by you then our staff will process the order ready for dispatch and delivery. You are not charged until the order is being dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm excluding public and bank holidays.

Delivery charges. We charge a set fee for postage and packing. For orders under £50.00 we charge £3.95 and for orders of £50 and over we deliver free.

Where we deliver to. Currently we only deliver to the UK. Orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and any charges refunded. A notification will be sent to you.

Our carriers. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force as carriers so we would normally expect a package to be delivered 3 to 5 working days following dispatch. Delivery times may be longer over bank holidays or at peak times such as Christmas and New Year. Delivery times, lost packages, failed delivery etc. are subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.

Problems with your package. Please allow 8 working days for order processing, dispatch and delivery before reporting a missing package. If you think your package may have got lost or a parcel has been damaged or has items missing then please contact us in the first instance by emailing us at customerservice@wisteriapatchwork.com

Out of stock. Sometimes we may become out of stock of an item that you have ordered. In this case we will email you to advise and refund the cost of the item.

Payment. You go to the 'Check out' to pay for your order by credit or debit card. The details you enter are processed by Shopify's secure payment gateway. Shopify is the enterprise hosting our online shop and is one of the foremost hosting businesses globally. No card details are collected or accessible by Wisteria Patchwork. When you complete payment then funds are authorised and reserved for collection. We do not collect the funds until we dispatch the goods and at that point the authorised payment is drawn and paid to us. If an ordered item becomes unavailable then the payment is drawn and an immediate refund given for the cost of the item.
